Kindly ensure that the details in the almanac are completed
Check your ward's almanac daily. Do sign the remarks if any and take
necessary action
See that your ward carries books / exercise books according to the time
table of the day
Make sure that your ward is prepared for the unit tests and other
assessments every time
Check the haircut , nails , uniforms , neatness of text books and note
books and punctuality of your ward
Leave for half days should be avoided as far as possible for security
reasons. In an emergency , written permission must be taken from the
Principal
Make sure that your ward completes his homework given in the almanac
daily. Check homework routine too
Is wearing clean and with well ironed uniform as prescribed by the
school with proper short hair
Arrives at the school on time as late comers will be detained at the gate.
Does not carry a mobile phone to school . If carries it will be confiscated
& won't be returned back till the result day and student will be suspended for a week
Completes the assignments / home works / projects works as assigned
by the school on time and neatly as they carry marks
Appears for all cycle tests as per the schedule given in almanac
Also
Parents should not send their ward to school to appear in the cycle
Tests if he / she is unwell , As it would not be possible to permit the
students to go home after the Cycle Test
Please monitor the website being visited by your ward and limit TV
viewing to appropriate programmes
Please avoid criticizing the school in front of your ward . In case of any
feedback please contact the Principal, who will be happy to help you.
Please inform the school office about any change of residence /
telephone number to facilitate contact
Kindly do not enter the restricted area either to see your child or to seek an
interview with the teachers during the school hours
Any communication made by you should be addressed to the Principal
and not to the class teacher
